Job Description

Make a difference as part of a collaborative team focused on whole-person care. We are seeking Master's Level Therapist(s) to join our integrated healthcare team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values collaboration and wants to work alongside primary care providers, psychiatry, psychology, addiction medicine, and other therapy professionals in a truly integrated setting. Unlike traditional private practice models, this is a 1099 independent contractor position within anestablished group practice. Therapists are supported as members of a coordinated care team dedicated to improving the physical, emotional, and behavioral health of the patients we serve. About Our Practice Our integrated healthcare model brings together: Primary Care Psychiatric Services Psychological Services Addiction Medicine (MAT) Individual & Family Therapy Substance Use Disorder Services Outpatient & Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Group Therapy Programs We believe the best outcomes happen when providers work together to treat the whole person —not just the symptoms. Position Responsibilities Provide individual & family therapy services. Complete behavioral health assessments, substance use evaluations and treatment planning. Collaborate with other medical and behavioral health providers as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. Participate in coordinated care discussions, clinical staffing and case consultation. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support patient goals. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field. Active Nebraska licensure or licensure eligibility (PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, CSW, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Strong interpersonal, teamwork and clinical skills. Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care. Experience with integrated care, mental health, substance use treatment, trauma-informed care, or family therapy is preferred but not required.
