Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Bilingual BT/ABA Therapist to provide after-school ABA services to children with autism in Elizabeth, NJ. In this role, you will deliver 1:1 behavior therapy, implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, and collect accurate data to track progress. Using ABA strategies such as DTT and NET, you will teach communication, social, and daily living skills while following behavior reduction protocols. You will collaborate closely with BCBAs, participate in supervision and ongoing training, and partner with families in a supportive, child-centered environment. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or center-based settings Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs designed by a BCBACollect accurate session data and document progress in required systems Use DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills Follow behavior reduction protocols to safely manage challenging behaviors Collaborate and communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and clinical team Participate in supervision, training, and performance feedback sessions Maintain professional, ethical conduct and confidentiality with all families Communicate with caregivers to support generalization of skills at home Adhere to scheduled hours Monday-Thursday 4:00-8:00 PM in the Elizabeth, NJ area Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior intervention plan (BIP) execution Data collection and progress monitoring Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Bilingual communication (English/Spanish preferred) Parent and caregiver coaching support Collaboration with BCBA and clinical team Basic computer and EMR documentation skills Understanding of autism spectrum disorders
