Key Responsibilities:
Make initial contact with referred families and build rapport Conduct therapeutic sessions in the home or community Complete assessments to develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical interventions and therapeutic support based on authorized hours Offer crisis intervention and family advocacy as needed Collaborate with school staff, case managers, courts, and other stakeholders Maintain clear and timely documentation, including weekly progress notes Attend field supervision with a Clinical Supervisor Ensure consistent communication with internal support and leadership teams
What We're Looking For:
Licensure in
NJ :
LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT, LAMFT
Clinical Experience :
Skilled in working with children, adolescents, and families facing mental health or developmental challenges Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort with moderate computer use for clinical documentation Reliable transportation Willingness to undergo a background check, driving record check, and reference review
Bonus Points For:
Experience in Intensive In-Community (IIC) or Intensive In-Home (IIH) services Background in working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities Familiarity with NJ's Cyber PerformCare system Bilingual or multilingual capabilities
Compensation:
Hourly rates vary based on experience, licensure, travel area, caseload, and specialization. Independently Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, PsyD): $90
  • 100/hour Provisionally Licensed Clinicians (LSW, LAC, AMFT): $70
