Job Description

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a BT/ABA Therapist to provide weekend 1:1 therapy to children with autism in Landing, NJ. In this role, you will implement individualized ABA treatment plans, teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and manage challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies under BCBA supervision. You will collect accurate data, document sessions, and collaborate in a child-centered, team-based environment. This position offers structured training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven organization focused on high-quality care and family support. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism following individualized treatment plans Implement behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision Collect accurate session data and document progress in a timely manner Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills through structured activities and play Collaborate with supervising clinicians and participate in team meetings and trainings Communicate professionally with families and caregivers as directed by supervisors Maintain client safety and follow all company policies and clinical protocols Work scheduled weekend shifts from 1:30-5:30 PM in client homes or designated settings in Landing, NJ Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior intervention planning Data collection and progress monitoring Implementing treatment plans Therapeutic play skills Child behavior management Documentation and reporting Parent and caregiver communication Basic computer and EMR use Safety and crisis prevention
