Safe Spaces -Our team works hard to create safe spaces for all humans in order to create the best conditions for healing. Someone that has biases preventing them from doing anti-racism and LGBTQ+ affirming work, for example, would not do well in our practice. Human To Human Connection -We are a feedback driven culture and seek someone who embraces growth, contributes as a supportive team member, and takes accountability.
