Job Description

Links ABA Therapy, a Grapevine, TX provider of ABA services for children with autism, is seeking a Behavior Technician for weekday 4:30-6:30 PM sessions. In this child-centered, collaborative role, you will deliver direct ABA therapy, implement individualized treatment and behavior plans, collect and record data, and support daily living and social skills development. You'll work closely with a supervising BCBA and a multidisciplinary team, communicate with families, participate in ongoing training, and help create a positive, growth-focused environment for each child. Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism during scheduled 4:30-6:30 PM sessions Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill-building plans Collect accurate session data and document progress in required systems Follow guidance and protocols from supervising BCBA/clinical team Support generalization of skills across home and community settings Communicate professionally with families and team members Maintain a safe, engaging, child-centered therapy environment Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings as required Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior intervention planning Data collection and analysis Implementation of treatment plans Child behavior management Parent and caregiver training support Therapeutic documentation Collaboration with clinical teams Basic functional behavior assessment support Use of ABA software/tools
