In this member-facing role, you will: Accurately process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments Provide a warm, welcoming experience to every member who walks through our doors Educate members on financial products and services to support their goals Open, maintain, and close member accounts with accuracy and care Assist with audits, branch operations, and other assigned tasks Skills & Requirements High School Diploma or GED Previous banking/credit union experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assist members promptly and professionally Exceptional attention to detail and time management Strong computer and technical skills Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities High integrity and a strong work ethic Working Environment & Expectations Professional lobby/office environment
