We provide individual, family, and group therapy, assessments, and medication management. About the Role This is a full‑time, salaried therapist position at our Pennsville clinic with a clear licensure path, hybrid schedule, and real work‑life boundaries. We provide the referrals and the structure so you can focus on good clinical work and growing as a clinician. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and (where applicable) group therapy to children, adults, and families Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within agency timelines Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help clients reach their goals Participate in supervision and team meetings Other clinically relevant duties as assigned Caseload & Ramp‑Up We do not dump 35 clients on you in week one. Week 1: about 5 sessions Gradual ramp: ~15, 20, 25, 30, up to ~35 sessions/week as you master the role and systems

What We Offer Salary:

$60,000 - $63,000 per year base

Bonus Program:

Up to $1,500 per month for full‑time clinicians based on productivity

Hybrid Schedule:

Licensure Supervision:
