Job Description

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Bilingual BT/ABA Therapist to provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in Perth Amboy, NJ. In this child-centered, collaborative, and growth-focused environment, you will implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs, focusing on communication, daily living, and social skills. Working Monday-Friday from 4:30-7:30 PM, you will deliver in-home sessions, collect detailed behavior and skill data, and communicate progress with families and supervisors. You'll receive ongoing training, support, and supervision, with opportunities for professional growth while making a meaningful impact on children and their families. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in the home or community setting Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBACollect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during each session Use ABA techniques such as DTT, natural environment teaching, and reinforcement strategies Communicate progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs and families Maintain timely and accurate session notes and documentation Support parent and caregiver training as directed by clinical supervisors Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines when working with children and families Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavioral intervention planning Data collection and reporting Implementation of behavior support plans Discreet trial training (DTT) Functional communication training (FCT) Bilingual communication (English/Spanish or similar) Parent and caregiver training support Collaboration with BCBAs and clinicians Basic computer and EMR/documentation skills
