Job Description

Links ABA Therapy, a provider of ABA services for children with autism, is seeking a BT/ABA Therapist in Perth Amboy, NJ. In this role, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, implement individualized treatment plans, and use data-driven methods to build communication, social, and daily living skills. You'll collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and a multidisciplinary team in a child-centered, evidence-based environment, with ongoing training, supervision, and growth opportunities focused on quality care and family support. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children with autism following treatment plans designed by BCBAs Implement behavior intervention strategies and skill-building programs Collect accurate session data and document progress in a timely manner Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team to adjust interventions as needed Communicate professionally with families and caregivers to support carryover at home Maintain a safe, engaging, and child-centered therapy environment Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior intervention implementation Data collection and progress tracking Session documentation Child behavior management Individualized treatment plan implementation Collaboration with BCBAs and clinicians Parent and caregiver communication Basic computer and EMR/documentation skills Understanding of autism spectrum disorders
