- 9:00 About the Role A community-focused behavioral health organization in Randolph, New Jersey is hiring a Mental Health Therapist to join a collaborative clinical team.
This is a full-time position providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients working toward meaningful and lasting progress in their mental health. An active New Jersey license, LCSW or LPC, is required to be considered for this position. What You Will Do Work directly with mental health, and substance use population. Use evidence based practice on therapeutic interventions with your clients, with documentation to reflect this. Conduct clinical assessments to identify client needs and gather relevant history and records. Develop individualized, client-centered treatment plans with clear and measurable goals. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Monitor client progress consistently and adjust treatment plans as clinical needs evolve. Support discharge planning and coordinate appropriate levels of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external referral sources. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in case consultations and team meetings. What We Are Looking For Ability to work with mental health, and substance use disorder patients at an outpatient level of care. Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field. Active New Jersey license, LCSW or LPC, is required. Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality care to clients across a range of presenting concerns. Compensation and Benefits Salary of $80,000 to $93,000 based on experience. Health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance. 401(k). This is a full-time, W-2 employee position.
