ABA Therapist (RBT)- After School
Job Description
After School Hours :
Monday through Friday in the home setting working with an adorable 7 year old boy from 3:30-6:30. Total of 15 hours per week (M-F). Who We Are? Fundamental Development ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis to young children with autism with a focus on play-based learning and language development. We are a small BCBA owned and operated agency who put our staff and families first. You can count on care and support every step of the way.Job Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in the areas of communication, social, play, and daily living skills with guidance from a BCBA.
- Working collaboratively with BCBA to ensure consistent and accurate follow through of treatment goals and strategies.
- Data collection marking child's progress including recording, summarizing, and graphing data and writing session notes.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, families, and team members.
- Must be passionate about working with children and making learning fun!
- Prior experience working with children with autism and disabilities.
- 6 months+ experience providing ABA therapy.
