Job Description

Links ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT/ABA therapist to provide weekend ABA services to children with autism in West Windsor. In this child-centered, collaborative environment, you will deliver 1:1 therapy, implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, and collect detailed data to track progress in communication, behavior, and daily living skills. You'll work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team, receive ongoing training and supervision, and grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on each child's independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism during weekend hours in home or clinic settings Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBACollect accurate session data and document progress in line with clinical standards Follow behavior protocols to reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living and communication skills Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, and team members to review goals and adjust strategies Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers to support consistency of care Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback to grow ABA skills Maintain client safety, confidentiality, and compliance with ethical and clinical guidelines Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior intervention implementation Data collection and progress tracking RBT session documentation Behavior support plan implementation Autism spectrum disorder support Parent and family collaboration Safety and crisis prevention Use of behavior tracking software/apps Following clinical protocols
