What You'll Do:

Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluations Document treatment activities and evaluations accurately in health records Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention as needed Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling techniques and theories
