Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards. Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence based modalities. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate case management, discharge planning, and community resource linkage. Utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions while ensuring confidentiality and technical proficiency in telehealth therapy delivery. Experience Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LPCC/LCPC) OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) Active state licensure or immediate eligibility required. Proven experience in evidence-based psychotherapy modalities. Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical documentation standards. Prior telehealth experience preferred, with proficiency in virtual platforms ensuring seamless patient care delivery.
