Qualifications:

Master's or PhD in a related field, NM license eligibility, minimum three years of counseling experience, and clinical supervision skills. Certifications in DBT, ERP, or EMDR are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

$75,000-$80,000 base salary plus bonus, with a guaranteed salary based on hours worked.
