Job Description
Clinic Description Enchanted Minds Behavioral Health is a growing mental health and wellness agency. We provide individuals, couples, family and group therapy services to New Mexicans. Staff pride themselves on being an innovative and creating team that works collaboratively with clients and community partners to deliver the most comprehensive and personalized treatment to all clients. Required Qualifications and Skills Staff are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field. Clinicians must have active clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LPCC, LCSW, LMSW, LPAT etc.). Required experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes. Required experience with children, adolescents, teens and/or adults. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner. Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base. Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems. Must be able to be credentialled and contracted with insurance panels for commercial and Medicaid plans. Must pass a background check. Must be willing to participate in regular supervision as required by licensure and company policies.
