Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for our outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, NM. Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns. Conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and maintain accurate records. Offer crisis intervention and clinical supervision for LMSW therapists. Participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications include a Master's or PhD in a related field, NM licensure eligibility, minimum three years of experience, and strong clinical skills. Certifications in DBT, ERP, or EMDR are preferred. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
