PHP/IOP Therapist Mindful Healing Counseling Las Vegas, NV Job Details Full-time $62,500 - $83,200 a year 14 hours ago Benefits Professional development assistance Qualifications Family therapy Teamwork Intake Group therapy Individual therapy Master's degree Documentation tools Adolescents Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders Communication skills Full Job Description Job Summary Mindful Healing Counseling is seeking compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled therapists to provide services within our Adolescent and Adult PHP/IOP programs. Candidates should be comfortable working in a structured behavioral health environment and able to provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy. Duties Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and gather clinical information to determine appropriate treatment needs and level of care. Provide individual therapy to adolescent and/or adult clients. Provide family therapy and support family involvement in the treatment process. Facilitate group therapy within PHP/IOP programming. Develop and implement individualized treatment goals and clinically appropriate interventions. Monitor client progress and communicate changes in clinical presentation, functioning, or level-of-care needs. Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with therapists, psychiatric providers, case management, and other members of the treatment team. Complete timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other required documentation. Maintain compliance with MHC policies, payer requirements, and applicable regulatory and ethical standards. Provide appropriate clinical support and intervention when clients experience increased emotional distress, behavioral concerns, or changes in safety. Required Qualifications Must hold one of the following licenses or credentials:
LMFT MFT-I LCPC CPC-I LCSW CSW-I LADC
Experience The following experience is preferred but not required: Experience working in PHP, IOP, RTC, residential, or other higher levels of care. Experience working with adolescent and/or adult behavioral health populations. Experience working with clients involved with probation, courts, or other legal systems. Experience working with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders. Experience providing family therapy. Experience working within a multidisciplinary treatment team. Experience managing behavioral challenges and providing appropriate redirection within a structured treatment environment. Schedule Requirements Two primary shift options are available Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM 11:00 AM-7:00 PM Join Mindful Healing Counseling and be part of a collaborative team committed to helping clients and families build healthier, more meaningful lives.
Pay:
$62,500.00 - $83,200.00 per year
