The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on mental health challenges and relationship dynamics. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy and mental health. Experience A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. Valid LMFT license in the state of practice. Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred. Familiarity with crisis management techniques and patient care strategies is essential. Previous experience in therapy settings involving individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective client interaction.
