Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA therapy plans tailored to the client's needs, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior management Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, and other self-care routines Collect and analyze behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and progress toward goals Conduct direct behavioral therapy sessions in the client's home environment, utilizing evidence-based techniques Support clients in developing social, communication, and functional skills aligned with their developmental level Requirements Proven experience working with children or adolescents with autism or other neurodevelopmental disorders in a clinical or home setting Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and implementation of ABA therapy protocols Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and analyzing behavioral data to track client progress Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior support plans effectively Prior experience working within special education or school environments is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement Join us if you're passionate about applying your expertise in behavioral health to empower individuals with autism.
