As the Behavior Intervention Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Providing behavioral services which include assessment, evaluation, consultation, intervention, development of behavioral management plans, service plans and goals and treatment services, as required by regulation and/or the needs of the individual being served. Providing education and training in areas pertinent to behavioral, psychological and associated services. Developing and implementing a treatment plan based on the findings of the evaluations and recommendations of the care manager, advocate and the individual served. (i.e. design of an appropriate behavioral plan).
