Job Description

Pay:
$28.00-$32.00(depending on related experience)
Nature of Work:
The Clinical Therapist is responsible for conducting assessments, evaluation services, and diagnostic determinations. Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to youth and families in the community. The Clinical Therapist will develop treatment plans as well as provide other necessary documentation. The Clinical Therapist will interface with local providers and provide linkages to other services as needed. Learn more about
Children and Family Treatment and Support Services Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree and licensed by New York State to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychoanalyst or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT). At least two years of experience providing services to youth or adults with serious emotional disturbances is preferred. Experience working within a multidisciplinary team and working knowledge and understanding of mental health diagnosis's is required. Assessment and evaluation experience is required. Must clear the State Central Registry Clearance, Staff Exclusion List Clearance and OMH(CFTSS) Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
