Job Description

Behavior Change Success and Denise Wright Licensed Behavior Analyst PLLC is an agency that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our supportive, inclusive culture helps every individual reach their highest potential. We are seeking experienced RBT technicians/ABA Therapists whom have at least 1-2 years hands on experience in the field. This is a part-time position. A therapist MUST be able to commute around Long Island . Most of our cases are in Nassau County, with some in Suffolk. Monday - Friday daytime hours in school. Therapist must be reliable. Must have their RBT through the BACB.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements. Implement programs written by the case supervisor Assist in foresting autonomy with dignity and respect Complete case documentation Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior. Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols. Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
