In this role, you will provide clinical supervision, oversee caseloads and documentation, support evidence-based treatment, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with physicians, care managers, and community partners to coordinate patient-centered care. The supervisor will mentor staff, support professional development, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to innovative, research-informed behavioral health programs that advance UPMC's mission in the community.
