We are seeking a part-time licensed therapist to join our collaborative and supportive team. This position offers exceptional flexibility, autonomy, and a beautifully furnished office environment. Provide primarily in-person services (limited telehealth optional). Build a caseload that reflects your preferred client population and areas of interest. What We're Looking For Interest in providing high-quality therapeutic services. A passion for working with children, adolescents, and families, including couples, parents, blended families, and other family systems. Ability to work independently while valuing consultation and team support. Professionalism, warmth, and sound clinical judgment. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. Active New York State license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent). Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy. Comfort working with a range of presenting concerns across the lifespan. Strong documentation skills. Compensation Compensation is paid per session and based on experience. Clinicians typically earn $50-$100 per session , depending on licensure, experience, and specialization. Clinicians are also paid an hourly base rate for clinical supervision time and staff meetings. Why Join New Directions? Flexible scheduling—you determine your availability! Fully furnished, thoughtfully designed office space in a great neighborhood in Kingston! Freedom to develop your ideal caseload and client population. Administrative support that allows you to focus on clinical work. New Directions covers malpractice insurance, billing, marketing and advertising costs, office expenses, and other practice overhead. Paid clinical supervision and consultation time. Supportive group practice environment without the rigidity of agency work. An opportunity to build a sustainable, rewarding practice aligned with your professional values.
