Job Description

Overview Helio Health's Child & Adolescent Clinic is looking to hire school-based therapist for the following school district: Jamesville-Dewitt The School Based Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Licensed Counselor) will provide a variety of mental health services to students including anxiety, depression, attention issues, problematic behaviors, trauma, substance use issues, issues with family and interpersonal functioning, and more. These positions are Full-Time position with Helio Health. When school is not in session, counselors will be providing services at our Child & Adolescent Clinic as part of our Outpatient program. In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time Licensed Counselors are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive between $4,000-$8,000 depending upon licensure!
Pay Range:
$30.00 - $35.00/per hour based on permit/licensure Responsibilities Maintain a case load of patients with grades ranging from elementary through high school. Perform essential counseling responsibilities including screening, intake and orientation, evaluation and intervention, treatment planning, referrals, crisis intervention, counseling, patient education, case management, reporting and record keeping. Relate effectively with staff, patients, and professional community while upholding appropriate standards of confidentiality. Qualifications Must hold a valid professional License (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) Limited Permit (LP) Licenses are acceptable. Master's Degree required. Two years employment experience in the Human Services field preferred.
