As an Outpatient Therapist, you deliver evidence‑based therapy that keeps momentum going —stepping in with adaptability wherever you're needed most. How You Will Make a Difference Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches. Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes. Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate. Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience. Float between units/shifts to cover needs; learn new routines quickly. Build rapport fast with patients and teams while maintaining consistency of care. What We're Looking For Master's degree with state license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT). Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred. Strong telehealth etiquette and documentation skills.
