In this role, you will provide individual therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and behavioral health support to students within a campus-based setting. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution. Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Active Ohio licensure in one of the following:

LPC, LSW, MFT, LPCC, LISW, LMFT

Strong clinical assessment, organization, and documentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic health record systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $50,000+ annually, with additional compensation based on experience and credentials. Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that support students' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being. Provide crisis intervention, stabilization, and ongoing case monitoring as needed. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Collaborate with school personnel, caregivers, community providers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision, and required trainings. Utilize culturally responsive and trauma-informed approaches when working with diverse populations. Support positive outcomes by coordinating care and advocating for students and families.
