Manages caseload efficiently, ensuring documentation compliance and productivity goals are met. Links clients to community resources for support with basic needs, inpatient care, and safety. Holds a relevant bachelor's degree, active Ohio/Michigan license, and 2+ years of behavioral health experience. Requires skills in clinical modalities, strong organization, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical demands include lifting, bending, reaching, and operating a vehicle; valid driver's license required.
