This role supports youth and young adults in achieving mental wellness and stability through evidence-based clinical practices, collaborative treatment planning, and timely coordination of care. The Therapist provides these services during normal business and will include on-call responsibilities one week per month. Services are provided in the office and in community. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for all incoming clients (adults and children). As a member of the Clinical On-Call team, provide crisis intervention assessments and develop safety plans, including coordination with Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT) when hospitalization screenings are necessary. Provide individual and group psychotherapy services utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their treatment goals. Tailor interventions to address the needs of special populations served, including but not limited to unhoused youth, LGBTQ+ youth and other special populations. Offer referrals to appropriate community-based mental health services that exceed facility's scope of care. Maintain accurate and complete clinical records in accordance with agency policies, funder requirements, accrediting bodies, and ethical standards. Requirements Minimum of a bachelor's degree in counseling or social work from an accredited program. Master's degree in counseling or social work preferred. Minimum of LPC or LSW required; LPCC or LISW preferred Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred.
