Monday-Thursday:

3:30 PM

•7:00 PM We're looking for a Licensed Therapist to join ourChild & Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Westlake, OH. This role is an important part of the team in our Partial Hospitalization Program

•treating adolescents struggling with mental health challenges. This role includes group work, individual therapy, biopsychosocial assessment, and family work. We're looking for someone passionate about mental health, ready to make a positive impact on the lives of teens! If you are looking to grow clinically and work collaboratively-apply today! What You'll Do Support adolescents participating in our Child & Adolescent IOP Build positive, trusting relationships with patients ages 11-17 Provide support to adolescents experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment Facilitate IOP group therapy for adolescents Support development of coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral strategies Conduct biopsychosocial assessments when needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team What We're Looking For Must hold an active Ohio license

LSW/ LPC LISW / LPCC

preferred Master's degree preferred Experience with group therapy facilitation Experience working with adolescents preferred
