We are currently recruiting for a Community-Based Child Therapist to work with children with mental health conditions and their families in Shaker Heights, Ohio. The therapist will provide 100% of services in the community. Qualifications- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, with a minimum of an LSW or LPC is required. Must be proficient in the provision of family systems therapy. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to families. Available to work a flexible workweek and provide evening and weekend on-call coverage on a rotating basis. Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive and evidence-based individual, group, and family counseling interventions to youth and families Administer behavioral/mental health assessments to diagnose and/or provide objective function measures. Conduct clinical assessments, and formulate treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with clients. Work collaboratively with external and intra-agency practitioners, parents and other supports to and achieve the best possible outcomes for every client. IND123
