Job Description

Mixing exceptional clinical skills and faith, the Outpatient Therapist/Mental Health Counselor compassionately works with clients to address issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. Positions can be part-time or full-time with flexible productivity expectations. Benefits include a $1000-2500 employment bonus (prorated for PT), 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision insurance (FT only), paid time off, holidays, and life insurance options.
Requirements:
Master's level Social Worker (LSW) or Counselor (LPC); independent licensure (LISW or LPCC) preferred. Supervisory designation is welcomed.
Responsibilities include:
Adhering to faith-based statements and conduct, demonstrating Christ-like attitudes, and embodying core values of commitment, selflessness, and kindness. Providing individual and family counseling using evidence-based interventions aligned with treatment plans. Completing mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans collaboratively with clients. Ensuring timely documentation and participating in supervision and quality improvement activities.
