Independent work with community support . This is a 1099 contracted position, offering the autonomy of private practice with the connection of a team-oriented environment. Opportunities for increased pay through independent licensure, supervisory credentials, or specialized training/certifications. Responsibilities Establishing strong therapeutic rapport with clients. Provide evidenced based individual, couple's, and/or group therapy. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs. Collaborate with other providers to ensure holistic care for clients when needed. Maintain accurate documentation and monitoring of client progress and treatment outcomes. Qualifications You hold a current LSW, LISW, LISW-S or LPC (cannot currently provide training supervision for advanced licensure for LPC), LPCC license in the state of Ohio. You're passionate about providing compassionate, client-centered mental health services. You value autonomy in your work while still appreciating being part of a warm, supportive team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to work independently. Prefer therapist with experience with children and teens.
