Warren Family Recovery in Warren, OH is looking for one therapist (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC) to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. Responsibilities Consult Mental Health Clients in Psychotherapy sessions via In-Person or TeleHealth Evaluate and diagnosis Behavioral Health & Substance Use History of Clients Build and Review Individualized Treatment Plans for clients Document completed sessions and consultations within the Electronic Medical Record System (EMR) Qualifications Must be Licensed by an
