Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to provide comprehensive mental health services within a beautiful residential setting at The Ranch of Opportunity. As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based treatments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and support patients through individual and group counseling sessions. Your role will be instrumental in promoting mental wellness, managing complex cases, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The Ranch of Opportunity is a peaceful and healthy environment for teen girls age 13 to 17 that have experienced trauma to live, learn, heal, and grow in our residential treatment program. This is a unique program that includes horse therapy ran by an Equine team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine mental health needs. Develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions to address issues including trauma. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, case managers, and medical professionals to coordinate patient care effectively. Experience Experience working with teens and adolescents. Familiarity with crisis intervention protocols and managing mental health emergencies effectively.
