Hope Behavioral Health is a culturally competent, spiritually sensitive, and trauma informed team of private practice mental health therapists in NE Ohio. We are looking to expand our team in our Wooster office. Have you ever dreamed of running your own practice but didn't want to manage the business aspect? If so, Hope Behavioral Health might be an ideal fit for you! All mental health therapists are independent contractors and are paid a percentage of income generated from sessions. There are no mandatory productivity hours, and clinicians maintain complete autonomy over their clients and schedules. Please note that this is not a salaried role, so no benefits are available. This position is best for individuals who value and excel in an independent environment and are able to function with a high level of autonomy. Must be willing to learn some insurance protocol and be able to learn and adapt to our electronic health record. Our Wooster location is a growing office ideal for a candidate looking to make a slow start in the realm of private practice, or bringing clientele/marketing strength with them.

Eligible candidates must:

• Be independently licensed or near completion of independent license
• Have two or more years of experience in direct practice
• Experience working with couples preferred
