$68.51/hr Key Responsibilities Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and clinical interviews. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans. Provide counseling and crisis intervention. Document assessments and treatment activities accurately. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Apply appropriate clinical counseling theories and techniques. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field . 5 years of clinical experience , including 2 years in a comparable role . Current, unrestricted LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license, or applicable state equivalent. BLS certification required. Must be 21+ years old . Valid driver's license preferred. U.S. citizenship, Social Security card, and driver's license required for facility clearance.
