Job Description

DEFINITION
The Lead Therapist provides clinical and administrative oversight of therapeutic services in accordance with Joint Commission (TJC) and Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) standards. This role ensures delivery of safe, high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care
EDUCATION
REGULATORY
REQUIREMENTS
(IF
APPLICABLE
): Active Oklahoma license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LBP)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS
: Master's degree or higher in behavioral health field CPR and First Aid Handle with Care certification Inpatient behavioral health experience
