Job Description
Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time or Full-Time) Cascade Child and Family Center - Bend, OR Cascade Child and Family Center is seeking a part- or full-time mental health therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists. Since 2013, we have provided integrated, high-quality care to support, educate, and empower children and families navigating mental health challenges. Why Join Us Consistent referral stream; front office handles scheduling and client intake Supervision offered as a benefit for associate or license-eligible clinicians Collaborative, team-based environment with ongoing case consultation Competitive compensation based on billable client hours W-2 employment status Established insurance paneling (minimal self-pay clients) Opportunities for professional growth, training, and continuing education support Work in a beautiful, family-friendly community in Bend, OR Caseload Expectations Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of 23-28 client sessions per week Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments Provide individual, family, and group therapy Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, assessments, treatment plans) Develop and update treatment plans as clinically indicated Coordinate care with internal providers and external resources Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and team-based care planning Provide referrals and link clients to community resources as needed Maintain licensure and adhere to Oregon state regulations and HIPAA requirements Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy Licensed or license-eligible in Oregon (supervision available for associate clinicians) Ability to pass a background check Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team Preferred Experience Training in evidence-based modalities (CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS) Experience with neurodivergent clients Familiarity with local community resources and supports Perks & Benefits Competitive hourly rate or salary based on billable hours Paid time off and holidays Health insurance stipend Retirement plan options with employer match Continuing education reimbursement and professional development opportunities Supervision and mentorship for license-eligible clinicians Supportive administrative team to handle scheduling and billing Work Location In-person position in Bend, OR Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to start
