Job Description

We are seeking a part-time therapist to join our private practice. At Brighter Minds Therapy, we provide personalized care for people of all ages. We primarily use EMDR and neurofeedback therapies to treat trauma histories and chronic nervous system dysregulation, OCD, ADHD, and sleep issues. We treat children struggling with behavioral, attention and attachment problems, and offer support to their parents to assist them in fostering positive change for their children. We have helped teens navigate many transitions, including puberty, parents' divorces, and transition to college. Our goal is to offer compassionate, effective help to every person we treat, and we are looking for a part-time therapist to join us. What You'll Do Provide outpatient psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches Build strong therapeutic relationships while providing trauma-informed, client-centered treatment Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Collaborate with our team to provide high-quality client care Participate in case consultation as needed Qualifications Current Oregon license - LPC, LMFT, or LCSW or currently working under a supervisor Experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and chronic nervous system dysregulation Experience with adults, families, and couples preferred Experience with EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and/or EFT is preferred. What We Offer Flexible part-time scheduling Administrative support, including scheduling and billing Referrals from an established practice Consultation and collaboration with an experienced clinician Opportunity for training in EMDR and neurofeedback $75-90 per hour for already licensed professionals.
