Your Role:

As an IOP Mental Health Therapist, you will be a key part of our clinical team, facilitating group therapy and providing individual support to clients navigating mental health and substance use challenges. You'll help create a safe, structured, and empowering environment where healing and growth are possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance use assessments for new clients. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote emotional processing, skill-building, and peer support. Provide initial and ongoing individual therapy to support clients' recovery journeys. Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and organizational standards. Engage in continuous learning to stay current on best practices and emerging treatment modalities.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field. Licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and current registration as an intern or associate with the appropriate Oregon board (e.g., LPC-Associate, CSWA, LMFT-Associate). Passion for working with youth (ages 12+) and young adults in an intensive outpatient setting. Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical documentation skills.
