Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time) Residential Treatment Home (RTH)

Aspire Living Home LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide weekly therapy services to adult residents in a Residential Treatment Home (RTH) setting in Oregon. This is a flexible part-time position ideal for a therapist interested in working with adults experiencing severe and persistent mental illness in a supportive residential environment.

Job Duties:

Provide individual therapy sessions to approximately 5 adult residents Conduct weekly one-hour therapy sessions for each assigned client Complete clinical documentation and progress notes in a timely manner Collaborate with residential staff, case managers, prescribers, and care coordinators as needed Support residents with coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and recovery-focused goals Maintain professional, ethical, and HIPAA-compliant standards of care

Qualifications:

Active Oregon license required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) Experience working with adults with mental health conditions preferred Knowledge of trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented practices Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Flexible schedule Approximately 5 hours per week On-site visits once weekly
