Mon-Tue 8am-6pm; Wed-Thurs 8am-7pm Overview This position provides outpatient clinical services to children and their families/caregivers. Specifically, this role provides developmentally informed, relationship-based therapy utilizing the DIR Floortime model or demonstrates a commitment to completing required training and developing competency in the DIR Floortime approach within the established agency timeline. Works collaboratively within the agency and with other mental health professionals, community partners and local, state and federal stakeholders. Utilizes Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) in delivery of client services. Options provides on the job training and supervision for FIT. Responsibilities The Therapist provides screenings, assessments and treatment planning, as well as individual, family, and group therapy. This position may also provide clinical direction to Skills Trainers and Case Management staff. They also utilize appropriate evidence-based practices; as well, they submit timely documentation of services provided using Electronic Health Records and collaborative documentation. The candidate must also manage their time and caseload effectively. Qualifications This position requires a Master's degree in a behavioral science, an understanding of co-occurring disorders, and related experience. Must be a QMHP on the Mental Health & Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) registry. OR Meet eligibility qualifications to register with MHACBO (please visit www.mhacbo.org for more information) OR Must be registered as a licensure intern with the State of Oregon or be licensed in Oregon as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC or clinical Psychologist. Candidates must be able to use e-mail, compose documents, save and locate documents electronically, and learn to use our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
