Be part of the first program of its kind in Oregon. Jackson House is launching Oregon's first mental health enhanced respite program in Oregon City! We are a groundbreaking alternative between outpatient care and inpatient hospitalization. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy for a caseload of 8 clients. Facilitate two daily group therapy sessions using CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Complete intake assessments, treatment planning, and documentation. Collaborate with nurses, peers, and medical staff for holistic, recovery-focused care. Engage families and community partners in treatment and discharge planning. Provide on-call rotation coverage for clinical support after hours. Promote recovery, resilience, and hope in every interaction. Qualifications Graduate degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, recreational/art/music therapy, occupational therapy (licensed in Oregon), or nursing (BSN with Oregon RN license). Eligible for Oregon QMHP credential (QMHP-C or QMHP-R). At least 1 year of direct clinical mental health experience. Familiarity with CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy strongly preferred.
