503-872-8822 www.ahscpdx.org Behavioral Health Therapist will play a crucial role in providing mental health services to our Asian communities. The role provides therapy (individual, group, family, couple) to clients with a variety of mental health concerns, and serves as case manager for a caseload of clients. Works closely with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists and community health workers, to provide comprehensive care to clients. The therapist will apply Feedback-Informed Treatment (FIT) to strengthen engagement and enhance the ongoing quality and effectiveness of care. Role includes an opportunity to become CGAC certified (Certified Gambling Addiction Counselor).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to individuals, groups, families, or couples addressing various mental health concerns. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress, adjusting plans as needed. Engage in Feedback-Informed Treatment (FIT) training and supervision, apply FIT tools to inform clinical decision-making, and promote a culture of feedback and continuous learning. Act as a case manager, coordinating care with psychiatrists, social workers, and external providers. Offer crisis intervention and support to clients. Maintain accurate client records in compliance with agency policies. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development.

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a behavioral health therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) OR ability to obtain QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) certification (Please refer to Certifications - MHACBO for more information). Bilingual in English and either

Korean, Cantonese/Mandarin or Vietnamese Pay Range:
