You must be eligible for or certified as a QMHP through Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) or be a registered intern with the state. Job Summary The IIBHT Therapist provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive care to children and their families. This position addresses complex mental health needs while promoting recovery, resilience, and long-term stability. What You'll Do Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy Deliver services in home and community settings Coordinate care with schools, providers, and community partners Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in supervision and ongoing training Coordinate and lead 90-day treatment review meetings Uphold trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices in all interactions What We're Looking For Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field QMHP certification through MHACBO (or ability to obtain) Experience or strong desire to work with high-acuity children and families Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care Excellent communication and organizational skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements Services provided in office, homes, schools, playgrounds, and community settings Standing, walking, bending, running Travel required (use of personal vehicle, mileage reimbursed) Reasonable job-related accommodations are available.
