This full-time role offers a salary range of $44,186-$54,892, based on experience and licensure, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a $7,500 commitment bonus. Provide family-centered mental health services to youth with diagnoses and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Manage individual, family, and group caseloads; develop and implement treatment plans. Assess client needs, educate families, and collaborate with internal/external teams. Require a Master's degree in a Human Service field; licensure preferred (e.g., LSW, LCSW). Experience with therapeutic modalities like CBT, Play Therapy, and ABA is desirable.
