BGH Foundation Family Based Mental Health Professionals Position Summary BGH Foundation is seeking two dedicated Family Based Mental Health Professionals to provide intensive, home and community-based behavioral health treatment services to children, adolescents, and their families. Services are designed to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and out-of-home placement while strengthening family functioning and stability. The Mental Health Professionals will work collaboratively as a two-person Family Based treatment team serving up to eight families at one time. We are looking for a Bachelor or Master level counselor to support our family base team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide intensive family-based mental health treatment services in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Conduct assessments and participate in treatment planning with families and community providers.
• Deliver individual, family, and systems-based interventions using evidence-based practices.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
• Collaborate with schools, physicians, child welfare agencies, juvenile probation, and community partners.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and weekly supervision.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Medicaid and OMHSAS requirements.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation to support families in crisis.
• Ensure families receive a minimum of one face-to-face contact weekly and maintain regular engagement.
• Assist families with service coordination, advocacy, and linkage to community resources.
• Participate in required state and agency trainings. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must meet one of the following qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Marriage and Family Therapy, Education, or another human services field with two years of experience working with children and families in a CASSP system program; or
• Registered Nurse with two years of experience in a CASSP system program; or
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Education, Theology, Anthropology, Pre-Med, or related human service field and certification as an OMHSAS Family Based Mental Health Professional. Preferred Qualifications
• Pennsylvania clinical licensure or licensure eligibility preferred but not required
• Experience providing home-based, community-based, or intensive behavioral health services.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, family systems approaches, and evidence-based interventions.

• Flexible schedule including evenings as needed to accommodate family availability.
• Participation in rotating 24/7 on-call coverage required. Compensation
• $25-$30 per hour. Hourly rate is based on degree and experience level
